Do I need experience?
Not at all—our classes are designed for first-timers and experienced students alike. We scale drills so everyone trains safely and confidently.
How often should I train?
Consistency beats intensity. Start with 2 classes per week; add a third as you build rhythm and recovery.
When will I see progress?
Most students notice improved balance, flexibility, and confidence within 4–6 weeks, with belt testing milestones along the way.
